This came at the perfect time. I have EXACTLY a month before my huge exam (the exam that determine which college i'll go to after highschool). But I don't feel like it rn. I hope I can get straight A's in my exam bcs I only scored 5A's in my last exam out of 9 subjects. Pls wish me luck! Thankyou!

@@spivak4342 it's just a normal exam for last year senior in highschool. Basically like the last exam in school period right before you are getting into any university or college. In my country (Malaysia), it called as SPM which translated in english, it means Malaysian Certificate of Education.

The Pomodoro technique is a great way to defeat procrastination......I use it as a tool - it offers me a framework for discipline and success. We’ve got this.....another great video, thanks 🍅❤️

I now understand and I promise to push myself every night and not negotiate.... Thank you so much.... You are legit changing millions of life.... I am so damn grateful.... EDIT: This channel matters so much to so many people but for me this is my life changing channel I mean this channel gives me work ethic and discipline and I'll not say I have achieved my goals or I haven't procrastinate from a long time because lets be honest I have but from past 2 to 3 days I am.trying to give everything yet I know I am not giving my 100%... I have 3 days holiday and I promise to give my 120% and push harder.... All best to everyone and never give up and give your best and be patient for your result ... We Can DO THIS!!!!!😊

This has been very helpful for me, I can relate to everything in the video. Always thinking "should I do something" and not doing it anyway. Should I do more of my assignment, or should I sit on my phone watching youtube? It's like, I want to do the easier thing, but I know the hard thing is more important. Thank you. I will watch this every time I feel like negotiating with procrastination.
