It’s obviously bullshit but here’s where the misconstrued theory comes from: pee has some ammonia in it, more if you’re dehydrated, and when you mix chemicals like chlorine (found in bleach) and ammonia, it can release gases known as chloramines - the mixing of these products turns it yellow and is basically like mustard gas. It’s extremely toxic, I did this once by accident and you should definitely evacuate the area immediately and go outside for a while and do some deep breathing. Be very careful with cleaning products; but rest assured, peeing while you shower while you’re washing out bleach from your hair will not cause this effect.
