On my maths paper 1 exam, I used the exact same pen your holding but I didn’t know that it was a friction pen because a student gave it to me before the exam. But for some reason the ink on my paper did not disappear. I passed with the highest marks in college. Why didn’t the ink disappear?

I have a few questions: Does one examiner mark my entire paper? Is it likely that the examiner will forget to read my extra pages ( I used like 7 on one exam, i wrote the question number in the margin on the extra paper but didn't make a note on the actual question that i used extra paper. On a few questions, i marked i used extra paper in pencil, i'm not sure if they can read that.) Is it okay if i wrote in pencil, then rubbed it out and used pen? I'm not sure if me rubbing out the pencil makes it difficult to read my answer.

That's acceptable if it's black ink because on the front of the exam paper you can use a ball point pen or a black ink pen. I personally wouldn't use it as it can bleed through the paper. Always read the front cover of the exam papers to know what school supplies you can use!

No. On the front of the exam paper it should say that you can use a HB pencil for your paper. This would probably only apply for maths related papers like maths and physics. But always read the contents on the front cover to make sure!

Pencil appears faint so better to use pen for writing but pencil is OK for drawing a graph
