@@Neetish21 Bilkul hai bhai kitna ganda jam lagta hai. City ke andar vehicle load bahut badh gya hai. Rajpur road khachakhach bharr jata hai. Log roads par drink karte hain. Mussoorie jaaoge lambi dhar ki side har jagah poora hotel wotel ban rahe hain pahadon ka andha dhun kataan chal raha hai. Dekho zara.

Thanks for sharing your experiences. I have been living in Delhi for last 35 years but before that during my childhood I was in Dehradun. Dehradun's weather and climate is beautiful but now Dehradun is extremely crowded.and conjusted. Whenever I visit to Dehradun I really miss that peaceful Dehradun where I spent my childhood. After becoming Uttrakhand's capital Dehradun has lost its charm ,now it is a mere commercial city like any other city.

No doubt dehradun is getting crowded, And i hate that.specially in weekends , delhi UP, haryana , rajasthan sab mu utha ke chale ate hai yaha, Delhi vale to itne habsi hain , koi nala bhi dikhe dehradun me wahan bhi photoshoot karna suru kar dete hai.

Dehradun is just like Haldwani.. Garhwali settles mostly in DDN and Kumaoni settles mostly in Haldwani after a certain period of time because u get both metro and village lifestyle in these 2 cities.. Both cities Re most important for UK's development financiall..

Dehradun is good city for retired people. Has peaceful & contended lifestyle & one can live without hassles. For young generation either you have to have a job here or for business you need to first do study of the city which kind of business has opportunity. Dehradun was a wonderful place before uttarakhand came into inception...but now it's overcrowded...and has become like other cities...trees have been chopped down...concrete jungles have come up...lot of pollution...peace has gone somewhere...

Thanks bro apne Puri sacchai se bataya ki kin type ke logo ko dehradun shift hona chaiye toh chalo mai bhi aapko Delhi ki sachai bata deta hun aur mere bachpan se ab tak (37 year + born and raised up in New Delhi) bata deta hun, breaking news dis Delhi ko mai janta tha ab lagta he ki mai kisi aur hi City mai aagaya hun🤔 why??? Delhi mai sab kuch he (medical facilities to, best school, college, private jobs & business related facilities) magar insaniat humare yahaan khatam ho chuki he, ek dost dusre dost ki tarakki se jalta he, ek padosi dusre padosi se tab tak sahi dhang se baat nahi karta jab tak usko aapse matlab na ho, 12 month mese se sirif barish wale month me hi fresh oxygen available rehta he, har 2-3 din chod kar baki dino mai supply ka paani badbudaar hi aata he means (stomach related problems) aur sabse bari chiz Delhi ka khud ka ground level water table khatam hone wala he, metro station bana ne ki chakkar me pura Delhi ka under ground khud chuka he lagbhag har area me aur Delhi humesha se hi earthquake zone me aata he, crime rate ka toh pucho hi mat woh toh logo ko pata hi he through News media channels, kehne ka matalab he ki delhi ka har woh Banda chahe 2-3 saal se reh Raha ho ya 200-300 salo se reh Raha hi q na ho, sab ultimately mazboor ho jayenge hilli area ki taraf move hone ke liye aane wale 10 saal ke ander, jaise tree tab tak khada rehta he jab tak uska root zamin ko sahi dhang he pakad pata he, magar jaise hi mitti raet me convert ho jati he toh dhire - dhire tree niche gir jati he, toh wahi unfortunately Delhi ke saath bhi ho raha he, ground level water jo ab Tak Multiplex, duplex, Villa, Sky scrapper type koi bhi building hi q na ho sabko jar se pakad rakha he, sab deh jaayegi + end of the day people do everything in his entire life for eating food + breathing oxygen to survive, but when oxygen is gone then life is gone, toh jo log soch kar behte he ki yaar kitni boring pahadon ki life hoti he toh chalo khul ke enjoy karte he life ko delhi permanently Jake, toh woh log bhi soch samaj kar aaye q ki oxygen he toh life he Varna 👎

You hv studied well to present Delhi. This fault pertains to people who came and settled in Delhi from other parts of country. During road accident no body helps bcz you didn't help to others. During my childhood I remember all were of same level and were helpful.

You are 60% right about your information. Need to study well about dehradun One more thing you forgot to mention that those who are living in dehradun since ages doesn’t like this beautiful city as capital just because of so called Vikas. Deforestation taking place crime rates going higher etc etc

Healthcare is worst in Dehradun. Mostly all pvt hospitals charging very high fee. I have been regularly visiting Doon since 1990 it was good at that time . Now lot of traffic , pollution around ghantaghar. It is a charm only fr few days . And u rightly said job opportunities almost nil .

I'm an Uttarakhandi. Don't settle in Dehradun but visit as a tourist. With upcoming Delhi Dehradun expressway, it will be easy to cover entire distance within 2.5 hrs.

For eg, if i go to a medical store in delhi ncr and ask for a medicine for sore throat, they made me one for Rs. 20-30 but in Dehradun, i did this twice and he made the medicine worth RS. 120 😂 Everyone here wants to earn from you as much as possible.

@@manumudgal4988Yes it's good to settle i live here are many places like if mussoorie is crowded you can go mal devta, raipur , kimadi , dwara hill top,gular ghati etc. Some places even I haven't visited and there many more hidden places also rishikesh is close to dehradun it hardly takes half an hour to reach there

Thanks for such kind words for my city Dehradun ...which yeah is not something that great which it was earlier....due to so many people migrating here.... You are true about survival which is very tough in dehradun like always... But yes Haridwar has its Sidcul industrial area having engineering jobs apart from tourism city....and yes Rishikesh is a complete religion and tourism place... Mussorie is nearby beautiful hill station which is now always crowded... And apart from rajpur...sahastradhara...there is Maldevta...Raipur...thano....etc which have their own charm... And yes good work done bro

Mera ghar dehradun lucknow dono jagah hai 25 saal se lucknow mein hun barabar lucknow aata hun ab to parents bhi dehradun upper tunwala mein rehte hain dono city comparison karun to cost of living dehradun mein bahut high hai....har chote se chote kaam construction, koi gadi book karni ho , education har cheez bahut mehengi hai dehradun mein... ...infrastructure totally dehradun mein unplanned hai...lucknow bahut hi economical city hai...har cheez sasti hai compare to dehradun....dehradun lucknow se 1.25 to 1.5 guna mehenga hai cost of living ke hisab se....humara ghar parivar jameen hai dehradun mein warna lucknow hi bas jate...sab thagte hain yahan...e rickshaw wala 2 km ke seedhe 100 rs mangta hai..miyanwala se lucknow mein 20 rs leta hai...choti choti cheezon se maine comparison karke dekha hai...

देवभूमि मंहगी तो होनी ही चाहिए। रिक्शा वाले ने परिवार चलाना होता है।20 रुपए में जाने से अच्छा कसरत ठीक रहेगी। 10रुपये तो न्यूनतम किराया है देश में,वो भी बड़ी गाड़ियों में।😢बाकी खाद्य पदार्थ के रेट इंटरनेशनल नहीं तो नेशनल तो होते ही है। यही बात रूम रेंट की तो स्थान पर निर्भर करता है।❤

Your information is quite right. I originally belong to Dehradun but for last 30 years I have been staying in Delhi. Earlier it was very beautiful city but now it is crowded like any other city , it still has clean air. Rajpur road and Shast dhara road is nice place to live but in my opinion only for retired people.

बालावाला एरिया भी बहुत अच्छा है।करीब में ही जंगल हैं जहाँ हवा पानी बहुत अच्छा है।बालों में शैम्पू की जरूरत ही नही पड़ती।नकरौंदा एरिया सस्ता है लेकिन बसावट तेजी से हो रहा है।

@@darkodonnie2729 I dont see forced garwali culture in dehradun i dont know in what sense u r sayin that, offcourse garwali culture is not as intese as in pauri or devprayag or rudraprayg , i and i dont think mussourie has that kind of garhwali culture. And yes dehradun infra is not as good as metropolitan state like delhi, but again i dont like delhi infrastructure is not everything, it has decent infrastructure, i like open grounds , rivers like in maldevta, And yes dehradun dont have IITs but dehradun have decent collages , universities and schools for sure, that the reason its called educational hub of uttrakhand people from almora , vikasnagar , rudrapur , haldwani ,pitthoragarh come here to study. Then u said dont have good cafes or resturant again i dont know whats ur expextations but form my prospective dehradun have gr8 resturants , bars and cafes too. U want cheap go to first gear cafe, u want expensive but excelent decor go to bunglow, u want best food go to azure or the speeso, or i can go to maldevta farms which is riverside farm with gr8 moutain view ,open ground with gr8 resturant And there r expensive cafes and less expensive to cheap cafes too, yes massurie is way too expensive than dehradun specially massurie mall road. Public transport is bad i disagree , other than dehradun dont have metro every thing else is available here vikrams , autos , local buses are available for every route , u can say that its overloaded most of the times.so basically i disagreed with almost every point u said abt dehradun,

Namaste sir. Apka video dekha. Baatein sahi bhi lagi aur galat bhi. I'm from Kanpur and I must say not all people crack IIT, Kanpur or get admission to Medical college. Sab apni chamta ke hisab se kaam karte hain and jo unke pass hota hai usme khush ho kar aage badhte hain. Job ho ya business sab life ka hissa hai. Metropolitan cities ke apne fayde nuksan hai. Jeb mein paisa hona bahut achi baat hai but sukoon hona bhi zaruri hai. Healthy lifestyle bhi matter karta hai.

Dehradun only good is whether otherwise worst no roads, no market, no good institute, no basic amenities, no good hospital one private hospital which is worst inly charges are very good but not at all specialization in doctors, rents are very higher side, not a foody place,transport system worst. Only good for retaired person hating good bank balance not for dependents of pension only

Climate of South Dehradun is same as Rishikesh or Haridwar. Temperature goes to 45 degree Celsius in Clement town in summers.

Good to hear the details. We are planning to shift to Dehradoon. I am working from home, so I do not have any issue with the income. I liked and appreciate your videos without any taam jhaam. So simple you convey the things. Now, the thing that I want to know is Internet. Internet is like food for me as I am working from home. Is there non interrupted internet in area around or in Pacific. Same for electricity. Initially we will move on rent and gradually will buy flat or property.

All in all it was a nice video but as you mentioned if there is any flaw or shortcomings then I would like to mention one and that is Dehradun has mosquitoes allover and since I first time visited DDun back in early 70's they are found everywhere in DDun and for your kind information my birthplace is Mussoorie and we settled here in 1978 ! And as I mentioned earlier this video was worthwatching and would like to see further to your upcoming videos !!! 👍😊

Dehradun is a hub of education and defence academy is one of the best. If u really want to earn more then either business or work as a freelancer. Dehradun is basically for people who want to seek good education first than they can decide their fate. But specially if u r coming to work with low wages or salary then it may not not be that comfortable. But survival is ok. Not so good not so bad.

It is easy to buy land slite away from main Dehradun and build house jameen roof sab aapka I made the house near vikas nagar village. Enjoy the peaceful area but loot se bacho money was taken out from my pocket payar se. Fix the rate in writing don't give advance. Then you are safe and comfortable

according to me best place to live here is banjarawala to doodhli iske beech me best h surronded by jungle h (raja ji national park) isbt 5km railway station 5 km airport 16 km rispana 2 km clocktower 6 km rajpur considered as posh area but only that part which is near highway otherwise on outer parts its good for whether only nothing else
