I wish teeny QOL improvements like that would get ported to OG Don't Starve, Together just feels far too different for my liking. Respect the fuck out of Klei for still giving Don't Starve content ten years on though.

@@thevortex1904 What about nightmare fissures? Plus the ink blights come from underground. Also it's only charlie that attacks in the darkness, shadow creatures attack regardless if you're insane.

if you mention this because how daywalker loses his shadow powers i think is to tell us that he finds the scrapyard after we release and defeat him. Charlie and insanity monsters show up in the surface

OK, let's break it down: - Daywalker crawls out of the stones in the desert. This meens that someone must have freed him (Charlie, was that your doing?) - Later Wagstaff builds his robot, which doesn't work and throws into the garbage pile, where to was most likely found by the other characters and repaird. *It is worth noting that the dump where Wagstaff builds the robot is in the forest, while Daywalker found the dumpster in the desert*

I can't believe Wagstaff would do this to all the _Oxygen Not Included_ characters, and create whatever that ominous green floppy disk was that was messing with their technology. We cracked the code, lads, it wasn't Earth they were orbiting, it was the Constant.

It’s pretty darn impressive seeing how Klei can juggle the lore of both DST and ONI and both of them are definitely feeling like something big is gonna happen in each (DST with the constant clues towards a larger conflict between Alter and Charlie and ONI with the glacial asteroid possibly being the core of Gravitas)

A simple and clean "Well not so clean cause you know scrap hehe..." Update helps with console controls during fw fight, the spray is megabasing heaven like i wanted the big lunar trees in my base, finally i can get rid of my chest ocean that lies in my base and die to less items on ground less lag... Perfect update the new boss wasn't even needed for me to be happy with it "i still love that fight though dont get me wrong"

i think day walker is slightly related to the hamlet pigs clearly he is smarter then your normal pig. Perhaps he was once a normal pig and ended up discovering a way to hamlet and was transformed by the aporkalypse under the weird moon/sunlight and was transformed, after perhaps betraying the herald and stealing some of its power and ending the aporkalypse and for doing so the queen offered him a drink of the fountains of youth (just like the queen who never appears to age even with no access to the fountains perhaps drinking from it provides immortality in the constant) then what i think happened was learning from old texts found in ruins the day walker learned of the ancients and wanted there power over the nightmares (to power himself up more) and well attempting to steal some power charlie or them locked up daywalker preventing him from gaining power and leaving them stuck until we the players free him and defeat him and with his freedom he flees back up and this time a new force is awake due to charlie and the survivors meddleing alter/moon and seeing this nightmare based powerhouse removes his power making the daywalker into a perfect pawn in later updates and this i think could fit into base gameplay by how both junkyard walker and base daywalker share a timer perhaps after defeat in the junkyard the daywalker returns to the caves returning his powers until he is forced to flee back up after the survivors free him again
