Was planning on having nothing out today however I decided to keep the streak alive; 19 days, 21 uploads! This video was being made regardless so don't think it just something random and worthless for the sake of content as I would also like it to serve as a place to discuss how Enlightenment SHOULD be expanded on! Let us know! :D

I had a base with a friend where we based on the lunar island. It was actually pretty easy once the spiders were cleared and a bridge was made to the main land. Since it's much easier to loose sanity than gain it, it was always very high. If it got too high though, we would just use lazy deserter a bit and then get back to work. Very fun too!

It seams like the lunar islands are just ROG version of shipwrecks volcano You go there for some nice tools and then leave ( at least the volcano gives you a reason other than resources to go back)

I think that lunacy should be able to be activated outside of the lunar biome by doing something Maybe putting on a glass crown also, weaken shadow item when enlightened and weaken glass items when insane to show the conflict between the moon and charlie

good video! i think this mechanic will be soon expanded, is ineresing how klei have toyed with the idea of insanity since it was introduced. i mean the fact that u need to avoid insanity but u will eventually need it in order to access cool items (nigthmare fuel and the crafts that need it). like in adventure mode, that u need to be insane so u can pass trought a pyramid blockage. maybe a weapon that is more efective when u are isane... or like with the fuelweaer: enemies that u just can see if u are crazy is on the making (but they can attack u even when sane, unlike the shadows)

I feel the one thing that the 'Moon Ghosts' (as i like to call them) pose a s a threat is if you get sent to sleep and it turns night, causing Charlie to get a bite on you, or whatever she does with that hand you can see on rare occasion. I feel as though it would be an interesting thing to expand Lunacy to the main Island during Full Moons, which can cause small yet meaningful changes to the world, like causing Pools of water to turn to Glass, Spiders to turn into their Crystal Counterpart during the night, and bring enlightenment to players during that time. Although i feel as though this could have negative effects on how this could possibly disrupt usual game play that many enjoy, it could also help show the Moons Power over the Realm. These are just my thoughts, always willing to hear others opinions!

Missed opportunity to call it "Insight"... as in the Insight mechanic from Bloodborne.

It's a good idea to bring glommers goop or green caps, glommers goop is better as it has same sanity loss but 40 health, & it doesn't spoil.

So what I got from this is If your running low on sanity and got a boat nearby then take a little trip to the lunar biome with some supplies and it should work its self out
