I have experienced that time to time that Bearger don't come out if the whole group is separated but it came out when we all were together at one place. Also sometimes it was too quiet and came out on during trip from A place to B place and I ran into it when it was sleeping at winter. Though nothing this is an actual tip since chances are so random that it could just show up a day before winter, I just experienced that while being separated from friends that I play with it doesn't spawn when it suppose to if we are separated during time. (Though we have multiple times gathered to swamp to kill it only for it to not spawn into there) However when I play alone it always spawns at same time without any issues.
