Take 3 ripe Bananas mash them Add one egg room temperature 1/3 cup olive oil 3/4 cup brown sugar 1.25 cup all purpose flour Salt 1/4 tsp Vanilla powder 1/2 tsp or can add vanilla essence Baking soda 1 tsp Baking powder 1 tsp Mix dry with wet ingredients Add 3/4 cup walnuts Put the mixture in greased baking pan put 1/4 cup walnuts on top Bake at 350 F or 175 C in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes Brush with some apple jelly once baked (optional)
