Episode 1 was definitely a rough, but it definitely improved past that point. It's just one of those things where you have to make it to the second episode.

This was where I thought I was gonna stop when my friend introduced me this anime. But then it kept getting better and better. Looking back at this episode first release, we came a long way with these two, getting closer and closer. And Senpai getting better and better.

Did you notice that when Nagatoro shows up at the art room door and Senpai returns the hankerchief, she briefly has this look of heartbreak on her face? Maybe I'm reading too deep into it, but I think it might be an indication she's actually a good person beneath the heavy-handed teasing.

If there's only one Person for I to choose to be Bothered lovely is Hayase Nagatoro Herself.

She reminds me a lot of my first love. She was this beautiful native american girl who I met during highschool. I knew her for 10 years and I always felt like she was my soulmate which was something we both agreed on. She would disappear on me to date other guys but ultimately came back to me quite often. I convinced myself that she's probably going through things and I never was mad at her for doing it. Then six years ago she finally did something that broke my heart which was cheat on me for my ex-bestfriend. I got so angry at her that I told her horrible things. My ex-bestfriend and friends that were all there around her said she broke down crying her eyes out like someone died. After that my ex-bestfriend was treating her wrong and she broke it off with him like a month in. She did what she always did and came back to me. She literally tried her best with me again but I couldn't trust her anymore. From what use to be a relationship where I answered her phone calls to talk to her for hours a night ended up with me ignoring her. From times I would put things to the side just to see her became me avoiding her. It got ugly towards the end and she told me that she would use me and when she said that it felt like she turned a switch off in my heart and took piece out of my soul. Sometimes I wonder if I deserved it and sometimes I blame myself that it ended the way it did. She eventually just left me and ignored me. Left with nothing but a hole in my heart. This series allowed me to relive my early memories of her and how much I missed that. I often wonder about her and I wish ai could have done better because she was that kind of girl you can deeply fall for. Take care of yourself out there. You never know when you get the anticlimactic love story.

I don’t watch anime. I happened to stumble upon a clip from one of these episodes in my recommended, which prompted me to start the series. Did not regret it, I loved this anime. Can’t wait for season two

This is similar to Uzaki wants to hang out, A lot of people dropped out after episode one but given a chance the show is good. Not all relationships are conventional and teenagers often don't know who they are at that age. The female bully I had at that age grew up and apologized a year or so later. We never became friends but things change.
