I tried it and it works for me. No more hurting after practice. I get more power and consistent on my forehand. I think your video save me from wrist injury. Thank you so much.

The wrist twisting is a good way to develop a TFF wrist injury. Probably should have been mentioned, as this is common.

I think specifically, you don't want to rotate your wrist like you're opening a door or closing a door because that is messing with the racket face angle. The waving motion is somewhat okay, its not bad but I think generally it is just better to not manipulate the wrist at all if you're a beginner like me. My main problem is that when I try to have a loose wrist, it automatically turns like a doorknob even though I am not intentionally doing it, even if it is slightly turned throughout my swing path... it sometimes opens my racket face angle or closes it so much that I can't hit the ball over the net. I can't explain why but I can assume that the reason for it is the centripetal force as I swing that is rolling my knuckles clockwise and counter clockwise. It could also be the supination and pronation of my arm throughout the swing that messes with my wrist. I noticed that I do a lot better getting topspin, and noticeable I can see the forward spin on the ball IF I don't do a backswing. The moment I start trying to do backswings, my wrist starts turning into the hit and it looks like I am driving at the ball even though I am trying to brush upward. I don't know what to do sadly.

You can do the turn or the motion with the wrist. The key is to extend all the way out with the shoulder first and then just let the wrist sort of naturally flow threw but not until the arm is almost completely extended

You explained this problem excellent

The waving of the wrist is taken care of by the movement of the arm and should not be done intentionally from the wrist.
