Cyberchef can be downloaded to your computer though, it doesn't have to run exclusively in the browser.

I love a good cli tool, but cyberchef has both a method to share, export and load recipes (via json files i think) and has an api thay can leveraged. You can also download the source and host on your own internal machine. But I might start using this myself.

Wouldn't it have been better to add a new ECBNoPadding mode rather than editing and breaking the existing ECB mode. Almost as trivial to implement.

The way he did that was really annoying to me too lol. I was also kind of annoyed that that whole code was if elif else statement, when it should be a match/case statement now a days!!

I reckon the intention was maintain the traditional "py" for python and perhaps was meant to be pronounced "che-pi" (?) but I agree Chephy sounds a lot better.

Pls bro how can I crack an Archive 7z file? I tried using the 7z2john, zip2john, and it's still resulting to "WARNING: could not open file 'Guicy.7z." And didn't even get the hash for the file
