Click here to download your FREE guide to 100x YOUR EFFICIENCY IN 10 EASY STEPS: bit.ly/3F8qOJL
On Today's Episode:
The next time you’re scrolling through social media or checking out people that are more successful than you and find yourself mad, resentful, minimizing their success, or coming with excuses for your lack of success, remember this…
You can achieve whatever you want in life. You can achieve your biggest, most audacious goals. But you have to start by changing the way you think.
Your job is to seek out, find, and develop the right mindset for success in order to be successful. Success does not happen by accident. Rewiring your brain and the way you think through your failures, your struggles and the obstacles you’re facing on a daily basis is more than possible.
Watch this episode when you’re ready to receive the key to success. Tom is breaking down everything from what a growth mindset is to why soothing your ego with your psychological immune system is your biggest hindrance to success.
QUOTES:
“If you want to be successful, mindset is everything.”
“At the end of the day, only execution matters.”
“Failure is the most information rich data stream on planet earth.”
“To overcome the endless parade of problems you have to have a way to take responsibility for what you can do differently to overcome those problems, [...] you want to adapt your behavior.”
“You have to constantly pour energy into your own life to make sure that you’re making progress to your own goals if you’re going to eventually achieve success.”
“A growth mindset is that you believe that your talent and intelligence are not fixed traits, that you can get better at something as you put time and energy into getting better at that thing. It’s what I call, the only belief that matters.”
“The people I have found that are the most resilient in life, they have the most intensely developed growth mindset, and that’s part of the key.”
“Don’t let yourself take on the identity of the victim even when you are victimized because it puts you in a defensive posture.”
“If you really are as good as you think then you should be able to go and build something new using that same skill set.”

Awesome! Thanks for this incredible pep talk. The Growth Mindset never has to end. I'm 75 years old and still honing the craft of living well and bringing my productivity to maturity. A few days ago I tried to deliver a presentation that was a massive failure in every way - technically, frame of reference, culturally missing the mark. I have never experienced such embarrassment. That feeling of defeat lasted about 2 hours, and I then began to identify the faults and how to give a talk that nurtures the audience while presenting new food for thought. I want to get back into the ring because what nourishes them nourishes me, too. Tom, I'm loving you as a role model who shows honest vulnerability while delivering important content. Thanks, Hombre.

I HATE that I can't express with words the amount of gratitude I have for your own "dedication" on yourself, for your "own" personal passion for this lifetime as Tom, because of that focus, passion, fearless to see yourself as you are and overcome your own shadows, "I" (I will talk personally, but it's a "we") I have received TODAY this compound of knowledge that clearly it's been practice on yourself to that you just push me so hard to shift my own "mindset". And believe me, I have been 30 years studying myself, I spend years on Mclean Hospital, I have overcome tons of things in my life learning about myself, yet, my life is good to the eyes of others, but I couldn't conclude the why of some specific area I wasn't resolving... anyhow, you must have tons of people saying this to you, this might get too long, yet, even if you don't read this, I know you will receive all the light and love send to you for you and your loved ones, so that you continue having this amount of stamina, focus, passion to continue giving us all these presence and worked... THANK YOU...! AND LOTS OF LOVE...

Favorite quotes to keep your mindset on fire -Practice will never fail you -It's not a matter of possible or impossible. I'm doing it because I want to. Luffy -Set your heart ablaze, and go beyond your limits. No matter how devastated you may be by your own weakness or uselessness set your heart ablaze, grit your teeth, and look straight ahead. Even if you stop and crouch down, time won't wait for you or snuggle you and grieve along with you - Rengoku Kyojuro These may be quotes I came across while watching anime, but the impact of these words has truly resonated with me enough to stop whining and limiting myself. Use whatever helps you change your mindset to create a more positive, healthy, and expansive way of living and confronting life. The thing about negative, unfulfilling, limiting mindsets is that they're so engrained that you've literally become accustomed to them. You know how it feels to be negative and feel awful about yourself there's even a level of comfort deep down because it's what's familiar. Your brain wants familiar and easy. So anytime you confront it with something better that helps you you'll be met with hesitation or even fear because it's something you haven't reinforced. It's literally as easy as just doing it, as badly as you might because of your current abilities, but just do it. Just take action, and see how you feel. Even if you fail, and you look as bad as possible and it's embarrassing...I think something that helps, at least me, is to laugh. I laugh when I fail miserably. You laugh at your incompetence, and then you look at it closely and see what is it that you have to learn, adjust or improve. When you laugh you take away the deadly seriousness that comes with "it." I laugh and momentarily let myself not be hit by the initial negative shock wave. Then I look at it objectively. "Will I let this win?" I ask myself. This setback, this person's opinion, etc. Will I actually let it win and stop me? And go as outrageously as you can to see how ridiculous it can be, e.g. "I allow myself to let the opinions of X stop me, I allow it to pester my mind all day, all week even, and stop me from taking action, I allow this person to have such a massive effect on me that I literally give this person all my power and freewill that it stops me from doing "Y," a thing I want to achieve because: "powerful reasons for the goal." See how you feel after. It's so ridiculous that you literally can't let it happen. If you struggle with getting angry and frustrated, just move that anger towards not losing. "Will I let this win/stop me?." Finally, master flow. If you know how to get into flow nothing will stop you.

You are absolutely right! Responsibility (Response-Ability). The amount of responsibility you take for everything that happens to you is directly proportional to the ability to respond to that or any situation. We should all believe that everything that happens to us, is our own fault. That way we can respond properly, fix it and learn then move on.

The mere fact Tom's subscriber count keeps rising and will never plateau, even as competition in self-help movement gets vicious, is because he's methods are super easy and work for everybody! Quite literary, folks are dancing their way to the bank, day after day, thanks to the advice of this man for their new found riches! The only bit we split ways, is Tom is unapologetically tough on himself! Like I'm sure one can still achieve all those things but without the extra misery like fasting 365 days a year whereas a third that is just as fine, or waking up in 11 minutes everyday whereas its OK on days you have no agenda! And so, millions of folks are embracing the Tom-advice-lite and yet still going on to accrue massive amounts of wealth at historical records!

You know I appreciate Tom’s competitive approach. It has clearly work well for him and many others but I had to find a different way. I called it curious and fun mindset rather than growth or achievement mindset. I know that there are always people better than me at any given thing but the sheer fun of doing it anyway keeps me going. I’m just not competitive by nature and I have tried to enjoy it but it felt all wrong for my personality. What keeps me trying and pushing through is the pure enjoyment of working and seeing finished work I can share with love. I just wanted to share this in case the competition mindset hasn’t worked for you either!

I hold high respect for your work mate because you’re pointing people in the right direction. If there’s one thing I’ve learnt recently is to remain calm especially when it comes to investment in Cryptocurrency . If Bitcoin can sustain these recent highs, it means we're getting a period of some relief rallies across, markets would be good. The crypto market is unstable and you can’t easily tell if it’s going bullish or bearish. While myself and colleagues are trading without fear of making losses but profits, others are being patient for the price to skyrocket, well It all depends on the pattern you follow. I was able to amass a lot of profits 13.5 BTC! when i started at 4.7 BTC by implementing daily trade signals and strategy from Mrs Debra Haycraft..

Chosing what to get better at for me has been an endless struggle. I've been in a place where I have lived a "growth mindset" for at least a decade or more. The issue has been jumping from one thing to another as I convince myself that the new thing is the best thing to become excellent at. The end result is being "good" at tons of things but "excellent" at very few.
