I have the mindset that I have been working for 42 years starting out, making get this .075 a hour In a shelter workshop for handicap went there a grocery store as a bag boy, making 1.75 a hour then my first factory job making 7.25 and 22 yrs with a company making over 15.00 dollars a hr

There is only one way to health and that is first to know what it is. It is exact (hence a science, not an art). I know what it is and most do not...again we cant all have our own definition. Grant does not know what is. So its knowledge (and then application) that gets you time and its health that gets you time. I know precisely what health/wellness is and exactly how to get it.

Saying "YES" to everything is very dangerous. I did that. I got swamped with people who used me and only wanted something from me. I don't say NO and I don't say YES.
