I’m so angry right now. I’m a school bus driver and I have prayed every morning with my students this year. A parent has complained which led to an immediate stop 🛑. I know this will not be allowed as the Bible teaches in the last days but it’s so sad. Please pray for me to get the word out to my kids in some way.

Mercedes good job! Keep this in mind, do not underestimate Holy Spirit. Pray silently for each student as they are highlighted to you. Speak to them with the words God puts in your mouth. Expect a divine workaround. Have something nearby that speaks of God’s love, a t-shirt, coffee cup, jewelry, hat etc. Children are observant, they will see your huge smile and love for them plus any silent messages and be touched. I know this because I belonged to a huge nonprofit that absolutely forbid sharing your faith when deployed on emergency service trips. I would silently pray for each person and God would give me words that I would quickly and quietly convey to them. Time after time I would hear from the people we were helping “God sent you”. Many times they were in tears because the words God gave me were so timely for them. Be wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove. Father empower Mercedes with wisdom as she loves on these children. Pour out your Spirit on the little sheep in her sphere. I pray that scales and veils would fall from their eyes and their hearts would be open to your truth and living presence. May their lives be forever changed because of your love shining through Mercedes. In Jesus name amen.

I have often thought about where the downfall of the family occured. For many years mothers of minority citizens have been paid Welfare to do what a Father is supposed to do. Most preferred the money instead of a father for their children. This was NOT God's plan. In WW2 women stepped out of the home and into the workforce; which would have been fine if it were only for the time of the war. But they experienced independence, self efficiency. So, when the men came back from the war their wives no longer wanted the domestic lifestyle. Most homes became double-income and children became "latch-key" kids. The "Love-in" movement began, sexual immorality grew among teens, and children began rebelling against their parents. Parents were too busy to know their kids and kids had begun looking for what they were lacking outside the home. Divorce became common practice. The church became irrelevant when activities were sought after to keep kids busy and out of trouble instead of making family time where morality, guidance and commonsense were taught by parents, not society.

Your sermon showed up right after I watched some disturbing news stories. Feeling so depressed because it seems there is no justice. Thank you for this message. Will now go back and read the book of Habakkuk. I still question why because it hurts to see the evil and the smugness of those committing it. But I will hold on in faith.

Tyler, I see your father in you, every time you proclaim God's Word. This message was courageous and candid. Many times, I have wondered about why God has allowed things in my life to happen as they did. I haven't actually complained but submission was my problem, I was like Paul, "fighting against the goads". I eventually did submit but at times it has never been easy. My wife has always been the more submitted of us because she has always been naturally obedient. The Scriptural truth from 1st Corinthians 13: that we see through a glass dimly" is so appropriate when we get into a quandary of not understanding a circumstance, tragedy or both. May the Lord enlarge your wisdom and awareness of Him daily!

Seems like the wicked prospers and those of us who belong to God are the ones who suffer but the sufferings of this life are not even comparable the glory that will be revealed to us, and these light afflictions are only for a moment. the reason it seems like the wicked Prosper is because the enemy is not attacking them because they belonged to him. But the enemy hates those of us who belong to God so he attacks us but his end is coming

And part of the reason that kids fall away from the faith is because church and youth ministry is about laughing and fun and not about saving your soul and loving GOD with all your heart and sharing that and being an example of it. And the world blocks them from jobs because they need Sunday or Saturday off to go to church.

I have learned the difference between doubt and unbelief. Doubt is based on emotions. We all know that emotions are an unreliable source. When doubt happens, we need good biblical counsel. However, unbelief is a definite decision. You can choose to trust the Lord and ask Him to help you to restore your trust, and He will. Or, you can choose to walk away. Be mindful of Romans chapter 1 verses 18 through 32. There is no such thing as an atheist.

Your message was a timely Blessing. I study the weekly Torah portions and what you described happened to the people of conscience, the ten spies, who were righteous, but when the people influenced them to question The Father, they fell into unbelief and sinned, leaving only Joshua and Caleb. So I realized I have to stand fast in my Faith, even if I want to love and help , because the questioning blinded them to where Abraham, Isaac and Jacob were buried to focus on the three giants instead to their rebellious folly. Be Blessed in Yeshua Messiah

The Hebrew version of Hab 2:4 says "the just shall live by his faithfulness." The Septuagint (Greek version) says "faith." The Greek "pistis" is ambiguous and can be translated as either "faith" or "faithfulness" whereas Hebrew is not ambiguous. In Habakkuk 2:4 (Hebrew version), God is saying that those who are righteous are going to be protected from the coming judgement because they are faithful to God. This is in contrast to the rest of Israel which was not faithful to God and, hence, the reason for judgement.
