Tomorrow is finally July first!
No matter how many Midsummers i have spent here in Sweden, to me, July 1st is still the official start of summer and vacation.
And what better way to celebrate the start of this joyous season, then with an ice cream? I obviously colored it in my favorite flavor, who wouldn't... any guess to what it is?
