Every time I see this game featured, I get a tiny urge to start playing again, because it just looks so good... That urge is quickly squashed by remembering how awful and miserable it is to actually play it, and that the company running it are a bunch of scumbags. I mean even more so than usual for companies.

3:06 this clip represents war thunder really well. It's a VERY steep learning curve. Also you won't have ANY of the vehicles he played for about 6-12 months after you start playing. I play war thunder alot . And while it can be fun with friends it has a Lot of problems and a very greedy developer that isnt afraid of pay to win concepts sometimes. Keep that in mind.

Nano's landing of his B-24 reminded me of the Ye Olde Pub B-24 bomber plane which was shot to heck, since it had a giant hole in the side, half the tail was missing only one propeller was working, all the guns they had were frozen, the front of the plain (the plexiglass part or whatever it's called) was shot open, the entire crew injured in some form with one dead due to an AA shell, and several other parts of the plane were damaged. So ya, even though all that nano lost was his landing gear and 3 of his engines, it still reminded me of that plane that miraculously survived lol

11:24 the same thing happened to me when I was in a Stuka. I was dive bombing a ship and it killed me, but I still had control of the plane's bomb and the rudder and elevons. Just before auto-bailout, I dropped the bomb and killed the enemy ship, which was trying to take a point, and if the ship was successful the enemy team would have won the game. 10/10 my favorite war thunder moment.

A reminder that the modern tanks used in this video require upwards of 500-800 hours to grind out per nation tech tree *if* you don't use premium. Nano was given these vehicles to show off. If you really want to play Warthunder, keep that in mind. Not to mention the game has tons of problems both in the economy, matchmaking, and with the developers, etc. However, it is the only game out there that's like this, play responsibly.
