Very professionally done lady! MashaAllah tabarakaAllah!The attention to detail is commendable! Just the right amount of puff and crunch. As an improvisation you can coat with maple syrup or dark chocolate sauce or add vanilla to the icing sugar and yiu can also sprinkle some almond or pistachio shavings on the dounuts and lightly press to embed before frying I cant wait to taste that melting sweet crunch..mmhh! With nice Strong coffee or Cardimon ginger Chai ofcourse! Please can you advise how much flour,egg,sugar, to use if you want to cook say only 10 doughnuts the size you displayed here?

1/4 kg for either butter or margarine...u can opt for mixing both to a quarter...leave out a tablespoon or 2 from the quarter kg...thanks for your support

Cover with a cling film.... airtight containers they tend to dissolve the icing sugar...or u can preserve them without the icing sugar and coat when serving
