When Sang Mi asked Sang Hwan for help, he refused. Had Sang Hwan been up there to fight against the bullies with Dong Cheol, Sang Mi’s brother could have been saved. When Sang Hwan was supposed to show up to testify for Dong Cheol, he didn’t show up, so Dong Cheol was sent to prison. As a result, no one was left to help Dong Cheol’s grandma out and she passed away. Sang Hwan was indirectly related to the death of his best friends’ grandma and his crush’s brother. And he didn’t have the right to beat up Dong Cheol, he really should have taken that beating from him because he sure as hell deserved it.

The real MVP here is Dong Cheol. He's been there for Sang Mi from the beginning until the end. Even though the drama did not show Sang Mi ending up with anyone, I know in my heart that Dong Cheol has a special place in Sang Mi's heart.

I remember the first time I’ve watched this drama, I really thought it would be Sang Hwa and Sang Mi. But, then as the story goes deeper and deeper. It has a lowkey love story between Dongcheol and SangMi. Dongcheol always sacrifice everything for SangMi. He even joined the cult to protect and save sang mi. He is literally an angel for sangmi.

One minute silence for those who actually thought this drama is about love story or love triangle 😂

The true male lead imo. These two just had me every episode. They were the strongest characters of 2017. It's hard to find a drama with leads as determined as they were. 10/10

In a way, I'm glad the show approached it from a friendship angle. It was really nice to see the 4 friends help their classmate and the character development. But these two had some highly flammable chemistry going on. Hope they work on a show together in the future. I'm seriously watching all dramas that starred these actors cause they are excellent, they make such good impressions!

I know tht they won't end together. But i can always make myself believe tht they secretly love each other in a romantic way. I literally ship them so bad. The chemistry is amazing. Even if they r friends. You can tell they love each other :)

I came to see how the chemistry between Woo Do Hwan & Seo Ye Ji. After I couldn't forget "Its okay to not be okay", I came to see Seo-Yeji's drama. And it turns out that she is very compatible with I think their chemistry is strong until I almost forgot about Kim Soo Hyun & Seo Ye Ji. Wish you all the best for Seo Ye Ji's next drama.

"You should live too" from Sang Mi really strong words that give Dong Cheol strength to hold his life while in prison. Their characters are strong and supporting each other and both of them went through so much pain for past 3 years and they fight it back! They should spin S2 where the story the other away around, Dong Cheol trap with drug and gangster. This time Sang Mi and his friends will fight to save him. Who agree with me? raise your hand.

Honestly I'm glad that she didn't end up with either of the leads coz I had hard time deciding who was the second lead😂😂😂. But this is a must watch drama everyone. I'm usually into romcom stuff and not into dark thriller storylines but this was sooo amazing!!! Like no typical cliches or something you could guess what's going to happen. Everyone played their characters so well and the story line really flowed. It took me through a rollercoaster of emotions😂😂 honesty 10/10

Woo do hwan is one of the best actor i've seen so far, he can make great chemistry with anyone, with any actress, just for like moon ga young, I know that they really aren't the partners in their drama but even tho, they still have great chemistry, same with the original lead in do hwan's drama

Bruh, I don't like romance genre in general so I'm glad it stuck to the mystery, thriller trope but if anyone deserves sang mi, it's dong cheol and no one else. He was such a kind, brave nd understanding guy, it was very painful to see him suffer like that. He was also the only one (aside from sang mi and her family) who genuinely mourned for Sang Jin and not just bcoz he was the brother of the girl he had a crush on (eg. the flashbacks he had in jail nd shed tears over, and later that night when he imagined nd heard SJ crying in jail, also when he got angry nd went after the guys responsible for SJ's death after seeing how they were totally chilling nd enjoying themselves). He is very reserved but also very empathetic and forgiving. He deserves all the happiness in the world, nd if my poor, sweet son remained tragic until the end and sang mi hooked up with sang hwan, then I was gonna riot Lmao. This was woo do hwans first drama that I watched nd I immediately became a fan X3

He was truly a guardian angel. I shipped them of course, like just look at them, they had amazing chemistry, but I also like the way it ended, it just made their friendship so wholesome!!

Dong cheol thought he had nothing to lose (he didn’t know where his dad went), which is why he put in the most effort in helping Sang Mi. Sang Hwan still had his mother which is why he was being cautious of his actions. Nevertheless, those four really never left Sang Mi.

this is the first drama of woo do hwan that i watch since then all of his drama is in my list i really like his character here i tough guy but soft hearted and loyal to his friend
