An amazing casual and jazzy mix of the original tune. Laid back but lacking in nothing of the original vibe. I felt like I was listening to what the lava stage might sound like if the WHOLE GAME was remade for the Wii or WiiU.

@SOUTHWESTENZ Yep. Got it at midnight because I work at the store selling it. It has a lot of new age gameplay but plays like the original DKC with the same general soundtrack. I love it.

This song is so beautiful that even looks like it was used to represent stages in DKC.

This is an okay remix, but... I'm not sure if I can really call it a remix. It doesn't sound like you added anything; it just sounds like the original, but with "updated" instruments. It almost sounds like you found a MIDI file online, uploaded it to your DAW, added some instruments without changing any notes, and then called it your own. I mean, it sounds good, but... not that great. And too much like the original.
