fatlinda gashi it's a cliffhanger. There isnt a definitive explanation to what she knows. So it leaves the viewers to think about it. I think what she meant was she had to know was whether Harvey did love her or not.

Why?? In my opinion it's the other way around. Donna was always ready to give everything up for harvey, she was always there for him and supported him no matter what. And harvey did never appreciate her efforts at some point.
