If the woman "Donna" was a real woman, she would be married to a billionaire. She just has her #$%^ together 99.9% of the time. This character is the type of woman who you hand over your personal finances over too because you know she is on her A game. Hell, she might even make a profit on left over money she doesn't spend. But she is also the character who if you lean over to and say, "that is Bill over there. Remind me what his wife and kid's names are?" "Janet. And Will (7) Alex (13). You sent them a card and a bottle of Chateau Montrose Red Wine for her and a bottle of A.H. Hirsch Bourbon for him at Christmas". And if Donna has 100 numbers on speed dial, she could tell you exactly which person is assigned to which number. And yes, they would be in order of priority and not random.
