She adopted a child in the late 90’s. I served her when I was a waiter and complimented her on her work. She was very sweet.

We love you and miss you Joan. It is so sad that you are no longer with us. Your daytime talkshow paved the way for The Ellen Degenres Show. The comedy bits you did on your daytime show, Ellen now does in her monolgue on her show, there will never be another daytime talkshow like The Joan Rivers Show. anyone who watches this video, this is a clip from Joans daytime talkshow. The Joan Rivers Shiow aired in syndication for five years from 1989-1993, at the the time of her death, last week, Joan hosted a weekly celebrity fashion commentary talkshow on E! called Fashion Police, with her co-hosts Gulliana, George, and Kelly.

Deborah Crossley - Donna is also remarkably beautiful so to hear that she's also lovely and down to earth makes me love her all the more. She's someone who I could never stop looking at unless the camera shifted to a point where she couldn't be seen

Shes turning 83 in December 2023 and fell in love at age 60. And just completed Ladies of the 80's and she looks as gorgeous. Ive loved her since the 1960s Love Is A Many Splendid Thing Soap Opera

Daymn Donna here at 49-ish hotter than ever! Looked fantastic into her 60s and I think 70s but her 'peak' was def her 40s (rare for a blonde) Plus, she seems super sweet, grounded and non diva-ish

If TNT didn't have their head up their ass, Donna Mills could have replaced Larry Hagman any day of the week as the villain, look how how she did on Knott's Landing!! My God you would have to be blind not to notice her and sexy to!! Don't get me wrong I loved Larry Hagman on Dallas and has a person, RICHARD Burton, Houston, Texas . Well Galena Park a suburb of Houston lol. Reboot Dallas another network and this time make the home beautiful as it was on the CBS tv network!

Lilylee Flowers Sorry, but you’re incorrect. She joined the show at the beginning of season 2 (1980) and left at the end of the 1988-89 season, returning on the very last episode in 1993.

Jaime Bee Totally agree. Donna was so sensational as Abby she was completely irreplaceable. She WAS Knots Landing during her run on the show. A great character and great actress.

Jaime Bee You are spot on. Many people know this, but for those who don’t, originally the writers were going to have Abby steal Val’s twins. Donna Mills went to the writers and told them that Abby would never do such a thing, being a mother herself, and as a result the storyline was altered. The character was not evil; she just loved money and power and was going to get both no matter who stood in her way. But not by kidnapping a former friend’s children. Her role as a mother was paramount to Abby, and she loved her children more than anything. This was especially evident in the powerful storyline in which Olivia started using and eventually became addicted to cocaine.
