I can’t believe how much she was able to keep under wraps. I feel so sad that such a beautiful person had such heartache in her life. Thank God she was able to sing her heart out and that that’s what she’s remembered for. RIP Donna. Through your music, you’ll be fondly loved and remembered. ❤️🙏✝️

The Way is narrow. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 9 Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who submit to or perform homosexual acts, 10 nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor verbal abusers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God. Galatians 6:7 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked [He will not allow Himself to be ridiculed, nor treated with contempt nor allow His precepts to be scornfully set aside]; for whatever a man sows, this and this only is what he will reap.

@@johannarocho3040 I'm so sorry to hear that. You're not alone, many of us are suffering great persecution for CHRIST's sake. Matthew 16:24-26 24 Then Jesus told His disciples, “If anyone wants to come after Me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow Me. 25 For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. 26 What will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, yet forfeits his soul? Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul? James 1:2-4 2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. 4 Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.

These LGBTQ Community is so sensitive and offended by to WORDS, that it’s sickening ! Because the words that ring true are created was ADAM AND EVE…. Those words are true and they carry a heavy weight, it reeks havoc on people who know right from wrong, That’s like someone being a warrior and can’t take his teacher raising their voice because someone in the back of the classroom can’t hear, they take things personally because they know they’re going against what the good book says. I’m all for people being who they want to be, I’m not trying to make you change, I’m just pointing to the good book and what it says, your spirit knows better which makes you guilty so you want to project your feelings on others, because you are hurt…..over what you know to be wrong. And I’m sure my comments are going to rile you up and down, but that’s ok because I have my opinion on the matter and you have yours! If someone making a comment, speaking words and you all up in your feelings because those words offended you, maybe you aren’t who and what you say you are ,maybe you aren’t strong enough to stand in your beliefs, maybe you need to rethink some things, because no matter what anyone says or does it shouldn’t bother you or offend you by how someone else thinks or how someone else views what they read…. I’m just saying…. I mean have you ever taken into consideration how you might be offending someone else?…… we live in some trying times and it’s only going to get worse….

Millions of people agreed with Donna Summer concerning her view of homosexuality since it was not considered unusual in those days. In those days 'political correctness' was not a thing. But it was (and still is) important to know the appropriate timing to say something as it's important to have self discipline strategically speaking. Yet, there are exceptions, like being a member of a religious clergy, an activist and/or a political leader for example. So her comment didn't offend most of her fans at that time. Her beliefs were not uncommon as they were in alignment with traditional values worldwide. Simply, most people agree (and even in these days and times) that God made male and female, and so, that is the appropriate union and/or pairing. However, on June 26, 2015, the U.S. Supreme Court struck down all state bans on same-sex marriage, legalized it in all fifty states, and required states to honor out-of-state same-sex marriage licenses, as opposed to, most religions and their doctrines. But, in retrospect, when Summer made the comment about God making Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve homosexuals were still, for the most part, closeted and were not as vocal, united and formidable as they are today. And so, even in their community it might have caused some foreboding, recoil and counterblast but her comment didn't have much impact nationwide as entertainment news traveled much slower then. Yet, in certain social circles the impact of that kind of thought openly expressed in public might have caused much resentment as it revealed that she wasn't approving of their lifestyle even though she socialized, networked and financially benefited within the business framework. But business is business and so not everyone cares to establish close personal relationships with the industry. So clearly Summer compartmentalized and vetted carefully her associations while keeping her core values and beliefs to herself, for the most part, but not always... So like she said, but I paraphrase, you see me and think you know me but that's not me. So, she let the cat out of the bag because she felt she had nothing to hide concerning the matter as she believed her ideas to be an obvious truth. But, her sharing her personal thoughts resonated offensively within the entertainment business as most members within the entertainment business have a do what thou wilt mentality and don't consider nor respect God's laws, mandates and/or boundaries. The entertainment business is all about pushing boundaries, limits and challenging Godly principles. Moreover, recall, when HIV/AIDS came on the scene it hit the gay community first. So, many people did believe that it was a curse from God due to sexual promiscuity and sin against nature. Christian morals, values and principles was dominate and considered supreme over all other philosophical/intellectual ideas and lifestyles at that time. So, her comment didn't cause a gasp or a jaw drop as it was a common belief and not anything out of the ordinary. People forget to put incidents in their proper context concerning historical timelines in relation to social, political and economical matters. Simply, it was a different time and so culturally her ideas were in close alignment with America's values. I speculate that the backlash derived from elites within the entertainment industry as the performing arts community is known for being sexually fluid. So, she offended quite a few folks within that community in particular from the top down; and that offense more than likely did have a negative impact on her career. But, it didn't render a devastating effect as she has not lost her crown. Summer has remained the world's Disco Queen and is still to this very day revered worldwide as legendary. Importantly, formidable organizations, associations and groups have their agendas that they want to push forward. So elites within a community or government will often exploit an incident and thereby distort and/or slant a narrative about the matter at hand by making it seem bigger (or downplaying a situation) than what it really is in an effort to garner attention and support; and by doing that they dilute the potency of a matter as initially revealed. They then formulate from the actual fruit of a matter another concoction which is a concentrate deriving from a fabricated narrative that is used to replace the original essence of the incident... In other words, the author's book rarely is in lock step with the movie version... Therefore, with all that being said, I hope that's not the case concerning the documentary about Donna Summer. I hope they don't shed too much light on her comment in an attempt to create sensationalism around the film as that may outshine her excellent work and overall life story of which is terrific, amazingly spectacular, as well as, inspirational. Simply, she said what she said because she believed it to be true. She later tried to soften the blow once she realized the impact it had, and so, she made attempts to appease Hollywood's gatekeepers within the entertainment business.

She told the truth. God made Adam and Eve. Adam needed help, mate, so God took rib out of Adam, and God made woman , this started a union of Holy Matrimony. Why was Sodom and Gomorrah destroyed? What was going on. Look in Leveticus in the Bible it tells what's clean and what is not clean. He created husband and wife . It goes all the way back to the Garden of Eden.
