I feel he has the potential to be a Brook Lopez. If he develops a shot he can be a Brook Lopez. I like him a lot. I feel with the right team (Grizzlies) he can develop greatly. I like this kid as a Wizards fan. We can score the Wizards weakness is on defense. He can anchor the D. Also i don't think its a coincidence his initials are DC lol. Teams to often want the sexy pick instead of the winner. All this kid has done is win to back to back championships. Again as a Wizards fan, I'm tired of watching them lose, so draft this kid. BPA also stands for draft the best player available at a position of need. We need a center and rim protector that's him!!!

Clingon vs Zach Edey, who would you pick first in the draft and detail why?

I have Clingan #1 overall. I dont like any of the higher upside prospects, and think the draft is weakest on record. Clingan will at least be an impact backup center. Very smart player, team player with an elite trait to protect rim.

Man I wish cavs could get him

Reportedly, Clingan has grown to 7'3" but, for whatever reason, he was going to still be listed at 7'2" this year. Maybe the combine measurements will clarify that. If the medicals check out; then, I think his stock price is about right if not higher. The medicals are my only real concern with him. Right now, Clingan does seem clunky to me and is slow at times off his feet without much lift. I think that Clingan will need another year or more to develop his body and improve his balance, coordination, speed, quickness, lift, etc. I would take Sarr, Risacher, Holland, and possibly Salaun over Clingan if, again, the health checks out. Portland will pick somewhere between #1 and #7 with their first pick and somewhere between #14 and #17 with their second pick. Who do you think would be good options for them to consider at each pick? I'm thinking that Clingan could be a good pick to have backing up Ayton... yes, or no?
