Good to decompress after raging from a CS game. Sucks you can't help noob players if you don't have standard.

Standart is completely enough and costs 10€ per year. That is literally 1 visit to any food place :D and for a year of content that you get to keep even when the subscription expires it is well worth it

I agree. An in-game example for the most important and misunderstood terms and features would have been helpful. Nevertheless, I appreciate Jnics effort to make the game more accessible, since the devs are failing to do so

@@Jnic If you are planning on a thorough video , it might be a good idea to show stuff in game like what do you mean by not able to chat. so show them that by pressing enter or etc you can do this or that, show how useful it is using ghosts to improve etc etc you get the point , but only for thorough videos, not the short ones. yeah some streamers used to have a key dunno if it still exists but if you put it into the game you can see there ghosts.

You can watch top5 local replays (state, country, continent and world) only with club access.

@@ThumbwigglerTM if I open a browser while I'm playing trackmania, then the game will crush or when I come back to the game I have 20fps .. this game has horrible optimalization. And I won't watch stream on a phone after or while driving cotd .. it's just stupid workaround. And mostly streamers won't finish every run to show optimal lines because they are just resetting every run that is not optimal, so for me to see an optimal line from a streamer I must watch them at least 3 minutes if not more.

I know everyone wanna hate but i dont really hate TM monetization method. Even club acces cost 44usd for 3 years, people pay more than than yearly for fifa/cod and those games have nev version every year. On top of that, as video have explained, you dont need club acces, standard acces is great bargain and for 9.99/year you gat way more hours of gameplay than most AAA titles.

unlike previous tm titles (tm² for example) this one is (more or less) meant as a "game as a service" title. Meaning game is supported by developer for as long as it makes money. Usually this is achieved through microtransactions etc. but i think these would not fit well into trackmania. So, subscription model it is.

@@elek9373 i hate when they say that. It's also not AAA content, i don't see NFS level graphics here buddy. I literally finished every map in the campaign in 30 minutes as a first timer and that was my "free" experience. Choosing to go back and hunt for meaningless medals or trophies doesn't count as actual content. I can play the same Level in hitman for 600 hours. That's not content hours. I pretty much play every cool new racing game on steam and i rarely get disappointed. But this game surprised me with it's consistency of bad monetisation and a loyal 500 player count who defends and pays the company like a cult.
