When students like us tell our parents about how anxious or depressed we are especially while preparing for competitive exams they just ignore it. This ignorance eventually leads to Depression which most of the times takes toll on our physical health too. We are the most permanent thing in our lives, We actually need to take care of our mental health, we need to prioritise ourselves, set boundaries, say no when necessary, we need lift ourselves up. Cz no one will.

Hey guys! I'm from MBBS batch of 2014. I completed my internship back in 2019 and had 2 years of service obligation, so I was working during the 2 waves of pandemic, without much time for preparing for neet pg. And for some people, 2 years is such a long time and they consider it as time lost, like somehow I'm lagging behind but I don't regret it one bit. During these 2 years I was actually helping out the society as a real doctor is supposed to. And now that I'm done with my bond, I'm preparing for neet pg with all my heart and mind. For some people, they enjoy being in the rat race and being ahead of everyone, if you're that, go for it, but if you're not, trust me there's nothing wrong with that. Take your time, enjoy life, and do it when you're ready to give your all to it because only then will it be fruitful. All the best to you two!

Today there are so many news about residents commiting suicide after getting A PG SEAT , my question is to the people out there spreading hate and talking abt depression in the last videos comment ( WHAT IS THE POINT OF THAT PG SEAT WHICH COST YOUR LIFE???) Take a seat , choose a field be it medical nonmedical because YOU LOVE DOING IT , not because your friends have choosen it or you have the misconception that you will be ahead of other failure friends , no thats the worst mentality we carry , because thats what we were taught in schools be the NO 1. You will reach no where with this mindset . You might get the seat , or field but you wont have the inner satisfaction of living it ! Take your time , move in life at your pace and not at the pace of others . Either way round you will get settled and be financially independent if you are educated . You just need to learn to be satisfied with what you have at the moment . Coz its human nature no matter even if you earn in crores ,have the best job , you will still want more . Learn to live every moment and let people live the way they want to . The ones still questioning these people making vlogs ask yourself if you are actually happy with your life . I have seen numerous doctors making content , crack this crack that but i guess this is the only channel where I can see content which encourages you to live your life like a human and not like a race runner !! I'm a CS Professional aspirant, nearly from 2 yrs I'm only with my books nd studies, no enjoyments nothing, but from last few months I was frustrated with everything around me, like my books, study table, everything I used to get angry on silly things nd all negative thoughts. But now I go out with my family once in a week which is refreshing. So yeah mental health is very very important not just studies!!!!😊

Just discovered your channel and really really love the content! I’ve completed my MBBS (graduated last year) from a private college too, like you guys and rn I’m preparing for my NEET. Which is in 2 weeks, lol. But even I’ve always tried to follow the motto of not doing anything at the cost of my own mental health. Idk what the future holds for me, but your video just made me even more sure of the fact that I took the right decision and I’m allowed to do things at my own pace. This rat race will NEVER end. So it’s always good to have the reminder that I’m more than my rank and my academics.

I agree with your point. That is why I consider afmc as the best medical college cuz, In 5 years of mbbs, in afmc the life is not just studying we all know about that. And also their is a bound that you can give neet pg 4 years after, you complete your mbbs. So I think it also gives a relief gap too. Loved your thought BTW.

I was looking for this kinda channel I completed internship in 2019 then COVID occurred there was pressure on me about neet pg usmle but I dodged that and I learned about powerlifting nutrition and fitness training and I’m very happy with no regrets. Do what ever u like and love

Hey ,i am from2015 batch...Dr.Mahima Passing a mbbs & complete the internship also & writer now with 2 books already published during covid 2020 & 2021 & doing covid duty in internship & as well as bonded medical Officer for 1year...whatever you said about neet pg is 100% right...Me & my friends reading through out the 4.4 years of mbbs & we thinking in internship we chill but we didn't because of covid & that point of time i realize enjoy every second in the life .& i enjoyed my internship because of my friends, my seniors & also we didn't read anything for neet pg ...i enjoyed it...so every one(society)asked why you don't study during your internship now you studying at home for that...my answer is same for those i don't want to answer to all those who didn't know about the journey...but at the end matter is are you satisfied with what ever you do in your life without any regrets?my answer to myself yes...i am happy...definitely we get pg but for that don't compromise your mental health Stay Happy and Stay healthy always

Hey BOTH OF you are on a right track.I am a STUDENT of 2K12 MBBS BATCH FROM Mumbai. AFTER PASSING AN MBBS I DID MY BOND SERVICE .I DID IT BECAUSE OF FINANCIAL ISSUES.DURING MY INTERNSHIP and bond service I NEVER STUDIED FOR NEET PG .After completion of bond I decided to study for Neet pg But due to same financial issue hit me hard then i decided join job and its necessary. Then at my district place I joined Job as a doctor, but COVID first wave hit and i AM completely collapsed due to duty hours ,covid fear , future fear because not getting enough hours for study. Then i stop studying for Neet pg and I started learning Stock market ,after that I learned Programming languages (not master in it), Learned many things about Sports bike/Cars in terms specs/cost/manufacturing/servicing etc. Now after Facing Both waves of Covid again I started Preparing for neet Pg .Yes Medical fields is vast but still it lives in our heart.You cant ignore it completely. As a Doctor we are Pleuripotent.
