Why not go full send and have one focused on the entire history of drifting? From the mountain passes of Japan and Keiichi Tsuchiya; to its breakthrough into the mainstream with Initial D and Fast and the Furious; and ending it with its legitimization as a motorsport thanks to D1 Grand Prix and Formula D. That would be really cool!

Calsonic car was so perfect in Gran Turismo! I ran a ton of races with it way back when. Actually, GT introduced me to so many cars I'd never heard of. That game probably did more to make these cars known in the states than anything else imo

You should check out what Bathurst was really like. Watch some old footage of racing. Also check out what the whole weekend was like. Bathurst was a street circuit in the suburbs. Thousands of people used to turn up camp and drink far too much for the weekend. That speech that Richardson made.

For the record the R31 only came out with an RB30 na and wasnt turbo'd from factory and the R32 only came out with either an RB25det, RB25de or the RB26dett-(gtr only) the DR30 (which you guys left out completely and was before th R31) came with the FJ20 turbo🤙

Actually only the Australian produced r31s came with the rb30e and the jdm r31 came out with rb20s in a few different forms. Also r32 never had the rb25det, the gtst had the rb20det.

In a state of TN we have a NASCAR track that is in the middle of no where, and is huge, and has not been used in years, Also a short track in Nashville, that again is no longer used. Why? Let's be real no matter where. From stock in its Era to motorsports of that Era. Still today the r32 is still a legend and a benchmark car. In multiple types of racing. And if you have the budget for restoring one. It can be a great daily car also heat ac audio can be comfortable quiet no rattles. Also let's not forget in the mid 90s there were already running 9s in the 90s.

Me and dude would get along so well. Lol Canada ftw also lots of skylines here, gonna build a 4 door r34 into a gtr spec car with the lid conversion. But since it's gonna be mad custom I actually save money building it right away during the conversion. Awd and everything done with body mods and built to decent hp levels should only be the price of a stock r32 or r34 gtr car in places where you have to import them. And for the price of a proper conversion my little bastardized conversion gets me more hp and reliability. That said so much work in the build process.
