Begin your day on a healthy note with this simple and popular dodhi juice. Try it out and definately you will love it.
DOODHI JUICE
Ingredients
2 cups peeled and cubed thin tender bottle gourd (doodhi/lauki)
2 tsps cumin seeds
2 inch ginger
Juice of ½ lemon
10-12 fresh mint leaves
6-8 tulsi leaves or basil leaves
¼ tsp black pepper powder
Method
1. Put bottle gourd, cumin seeds, ginger, lemon juice, mint leaves, tulsi, black pepper powder and a little water into a mixer jar and grind till smooth.
2. Pour into glasses and serve.

Dudhi 5 inches ptlliwali, Fudina 01 pan, , kothmik 20 pqns, 1 aamla, adarakh, haldi 1 inch piece.. kakadi 3 inches. Mix it all. Make filter..with 2 glass water. After fikter ads 1 piece lemon juice. Enjiy drink. We r uaing last 18.months. but use ulter day. 2nd. Gajar 2 piece and bitrrot haalf piecw, કોથમીર, ફુદીના. Enjoy drink. Alert day
