I have that gold ink aswell! It's really pretty if you lightly blow on the ink (when it's in the bottle) it creates waves and patterns, it's so cool!

Ive just started to get into ink and so far my favorite black in is Yasutomo Sumi ink because it drys fast and its super check 5 dollar for 2oz compaired to my winstor and newton encre black in which was 11.49 dollars . I like the sumi drys fast so after about 3 mins after inking a drawing with the sumi i can go in was copics where with the winsor and newton i have to wait hours and some times it will still smudge.

Color inks so i use the daler rowney fw. Pearlescent in white pearl and autumn gold . But the pearl white is my favorite because i can mix it with other inks . One of my favorite thing to do it put in a small container and mix in some copic ink refills to get a different color ink and it changes the color of the pearl white . But when doing this i recommend only using this in small areas and testing this out before going straight into drawing if you do decide to use this.

A MAJOR TIP : buy small paint Containers (that have lids ) so that way you can mix inks or so you dont have a whole jar of open inks you only have a small amount . Another good thing is when using inks like the winsor and newton gold and silver inks when using a brush when you dip the brush back in it kinda of mixes The sediment at the bottom .

Omg I don't know if you guys have Calli & Co but they make a gorgeous gold ink, I believe it's their IZINK in the colour old gold and I have been obsessed with it for ages. It's a beautiful warm gold ink that's super pigmented. It takes forever to start settling after you've shaken it so you get a bunch of gold in your work. I believe in the states they partner with Aladine and sell it at Barnes & Nobles for fairly cheap.

I have a guinea pig as well. His name is Edmond and I love him very much even though I'm allergic to the hay he likes. I know this is quite a random comment but I saw Bumble and just couldn't help myself. Guinea pigs are awesome!!!
