Charging time inconsistently takes between 6h to 12h even if you do not use it. Night vision and front cam also malfunctioned in less than a month. How can I get my camera working well again?

The last time I dropped my s96 , the speaker started to distort, eventually replaced it with a new one. And the finger print scanner does not work anymore.

I wuld like to see a robust phone like that but much smaller like 150mmx80mmx10 from u. 5k mAh nfc and wireless charging and it wuld be perfect phone for me. And aslo get rigd of annying side buttons like SOS/PTT or make them harder to press. What do u say about that? There is small amount of phones like that.

Also as a side note it's only water-resistant when the flaps for the charging port and headphone jack are closed. It is quite durable but it's performance and camera kinda sucks but for $300 it's not too bad.

How do u guarantee quality? Yes, but.. after updates, my torch doesnt work anymore and volume has a delay of 2 seconds before starting going up or down. Also recorded audio is almost zero. But at least it will not broke if it goes in a oven xD Jokes aside I would like any solution in reply, thanks.

You can get a different app for the torch to work or try resetting your phone. I find I have to reset it every update or random things break like Bluetooth not wanting to connect, slow performance in games (etc)

Doogee should start installing high end processor on 8500mah phones. S88 and S98 is your best design (for me) so far..go with it.

Fingerprint recognition does not work after device has been in water. Good underwater camera but clearly fingerprint recognition is a flaw as is not waterproof. Does not work anymore. Phone less than 3 weeks use.

Just seems easier and more reliable to get a device from a more reputable brand and to get a solid case if you are truly worried about dropping your device. I'm sure there are people out there who will buy one of these though.

I have one. Doogee is a reputable brand, it is just not as widely known but they have been making phones for many years now. The phone is really nice, well built and good bang for the buck. It is way more resistant than a regular phone with a case. I've opened one up and it is really really well made. It has a full aluminium plate on the inside so it is not only an exterior protection, it is reinforced from the inside out. I honestly was surprised at the built quality when I disassembled the first one I had.

I have the s58 pro that I am using as I speak to you. I enjoy it I like the fact that it can drop and survive. It feels kind of heavy but indestructible at the same time. I would check out the s96 if I were trying to buy a new phone right now. Not everyone needs a rugged phone but I do. I also I'm not a big techie and mainly use it for KZfaq. There are updates I usually get them every couple of weeks to months but lately there have been none, hopefully they fix a few of the bugs otherwise I have to get a new phone 😢 (wifi sometimes doesn't work and Bluetooth doesn't connect, resetting fixes it temporarily)

@@ronrr2334 Yeah it's like carrying around a brick. I ended buying the Umidigi Bison GT to replace it and hopefully everything goes well, there are no flaps to make it waterproof so hopefully it's just as durable without that extra protection.

Sorry guys. I dropped mine from about chest height and it bounced off my van seat before landing on the pavement, so it wasn't even a decent fall and even with a screen protector the actual screen shattered. It landed on the rubberised protective corner. Loved everything else about the phone, but I bought it because it is supposed to be rugged and it had a glass jaw. Very disappointed. Got my money back, but that wasn't the point.

It's not waterproof. I have one and used it on light swimming. It bootlooped when a technician opened the phone, it has water in it. Lol

I bought this phone after watching reviews about how tough it is. It fell out of my work trouser pocket 3 feet to the ground and the screen smashed. Rubbish. I had my Galaxy S8 for 3 years and it survived lots of abuse unscathed.
