There's actually an insane amount of story and lore in this game. The focus is in gameplay, but there is lore you can pick up that goes way in depth. You can find 30 minute lore video's about doom 2016/doom eternal about singular topics. That's right single topics can take a half hour to explain. Why moth people exist, what is God, why God is not actually God, and why in a bizarre plot twist Satan is actually God. And how Doomguy from the original games ended up in these games. And many more topics of interest.

To be fair, it's actually quite reactive for a Max0r-first-reaction video. Trust me, first time I've seen one of his video, I was literally left agape for over 15 seconds before my brain rebooted and I can close my mouth. It was fairly fast paced and can be overwhelming to people.

It would be pretty cool to see these videos popup in a bar. Imagine some bartnender manager or franchise owner just happens to stream a Maxor video just because he/she appreciates their work and is subbed to him.

They have a habit of constantly changing how they want interpret gun laws and in doing so make tens of thousands of law abiding gun owners felons overnight for no other reason than they want to be assholes. When you inevitably get fed up with their constant changing of the rules they'll show up and immediately escalate any situation that they're in as an excuse to start shooting, usually starting with any pets and then working their way up through your family members.

3:43 that brief five seconds of footage he showed was the actual gameplay from polygon.... it was like a 4 year old getting to play a videogame for the first time ever... it was... PATHETIC. If it’s ever revealed who did that, they’ll never EVER get to live that down.

5:28 the game is so extremely ergonomic and intuitive that it sounds way more complicated than it actually is... I guarantee, if you play doom 2016 and doom eternal through on normal, you’ll be a decent gamer... if you play it through again on hard, you’ll be a good gamer, having efficiently and effectively trained fully that most ergonomic and fluid muscle memories and 3 dimensional awareness possibly for someone who hasn’t been playing videogames their whole lives.

6:30 I just learned about wacco... fucking wild and terrible... Highly recommend checking out wendigoon’s channel. He has the most complete and full comprehensive analysis of the incident I’ve ever seen... fuck the atf!

Wendigoon takes a pretty Waco positive stance in that video but its still a pretty accurate reading of events. I'm certainly no fan of the atf, they absolutely botched that raid, and it definitely should've been a matter for the fbi to investigate, but the branch davidians weren't exactly saints. Which isn't to insinuate they deserved what happened in any way shape or form, especially the children who were absolutely innocent.

I love Doom Eternal because it was a chance for the DOOM community, as a whole, to step out into the light. Just for example: Some cuckolds went around shaming noobs publicly for playing Doom 2016 and Doom Eternal on easy mode. Us DOOM fans saw this, collectively said "NOPE!" and, started brutally hate spamming anyone who did that crap. Good times! ^_^ LoL also, if you're even a little bit interested in DOOM, as a whole, start with the original. You can get it for about $5 on Steam and emulators like GZDoom make it very digestible to the palette of a modern gamer. Whatever your play style, you can probably find a mod that caters to you specifically. So it's definitely worth the time. :)
