Ive decided THIS and BEEF and CAFFEINE are what get's me going. To each their own. Do what works for you. I knew I lost my way listening and taking advice from some sad guru type crap preaching vegan and becoming one with the universe. People just want direction. Ive gone beast mode. Wearing a dress and smelling flowers doesn't cut it in this world.
