If you're level 12 you have a zillion other things to do in the game other than ruining an advanced heist (and a live stream) for an entire team because you can't handle it. And it's damn near impossible for a level 12 because he doesn't have the skills, the weapons or the health to be able to hang. I see level 40ish people who are unable to complete the Pacific Standard or even the freakin baby level Prison Break that's why I won't even attempt a heist with a low level. I don't feel bad for these guys because they're complete tools.

2 yeah but lvl 12s should be trying to figure out the game, not do some of the hardest missions in the game..
