A Door County fish boil at the Pelletier's Restaurant in Fish Creek Wisconsin.
We did an interview with owner Matthew. You will see a condensed version of the fish boil process, and our review of dinner. We check out historic Thorp's cabin and end with the sunset at Sunset Beach.

I was there with a good friend and my son 2 years ago I hold the experience near and dear to my heart because my friend passed away last year. I can't wait to enjoy the Pelletier's fish boil experience once again one day.

@@RoadLessTraveledWICool, thanks! I've heard White Gull has the best boil and removes bones for you. Thoughts? It looks like it's closest to the beach so maybe nice for sunset.

They all have their perks. We did a video on the Old Post Office as well. They also remove the bones for you, and that one is on the water for a beautiful sunset! White Gull and Pelletier's are a short walk or drive to the beach.

@@RoadLessTraveledWIThanks, that's very helpful. How hard is it to get dinner reservations in Door Co. in July? Should we reserve ahead? (Not just fish boils but steakhouses, etc.) I noticed there are a lot of theaters, some nice ones in the woods. Would we need to buy tickets in advance or can we generally get tix at the window the night of the performances? Sorry for all the questions but we've never been up there and don't know anyone who has! (Except for you guys) 😊

We haven't done the theaters yet. As for reservations, I would call as soon as they open that day. Not all will take reservations.
