Thank you very much! 😊 A lot of time consuming small pieces in this one but we're having some progress... this video was planned to be a part of the bulkhead video but then it would be a bit too long, so this time really... bulkhead ahead 😄

Intrinsic work but worth it. The land Rovers Series have bits like this to deal with but then it's like nothing else around today. SImple and practical. The simplicity of these vehicles is not just a mistake but purposeful. Why did you opt not to rebuild it's rover engine? Not economical for your needs??

Thank you! We have the original engine and all it's parts saved. It will be restored and it might end up inside series somewhere in the future, but for now we plan to use the series daily and for longer runs, towing trailers so that's why we've opted for the engine as shown in the videos.

This motivate me to rebuilt my father's landie, around the same year and type but in short version... do you know the original blue paint code for this period?

I'm glad you got the motivation! 😀 Unfortunately I don't know the blue color code, we decided to go with gray color option, it's out of the Land Rovers paint book.... not sure if it's period correct but we don't mind because this Series will be ours to keep
