As a fisherman myself that Rocket Rod seems like a good idea. I did have trouble casting when I was a kid. My grandfather taught me how to fish. I feel like that rod, if it works, would be good for kids until they learn to cast correctly. I won't lie I have caught my fair share of trees, land and other debris in rivers

When my remote is running out of batteries, I point it at the back wall. It works WAY better than trying to point it at the device when I need new batteries.
