I understand your frustration with Lowes. I used to work at the one by us. I worked at the customer service desk. I feel like it was the location you went to. Though if your fridge had a dent either they normally would have given you a discount or take it back and given you another one. Next time you should ask to speak with a manager or the store manager, if the department person isn't able to help. The other thing I would suggest is write a review so the store knows for future customers. :)

1:40 man I miss these transitions. I've been steadily rewatching all the old Matthias and One other host (Bryan, Connor, Tanner, etc.) videos for just remembering the good old time.
