It's super bluesy. That drum beat, especially the symbol work, is straight out of jazz and blues. Not to mention the guitar playing blues riffs. That's why it sounds like AIC and many other bands grunge era and older.

took me a while to realize that. then I did blow and drank like crazy. then I did psychedelics to find myself again after losing myself in that mess. now I just drink and smoke a bit. it was a good trip. buy the ticket take the ride.

Definitely some Sabbath influence but checkout DOWN they have this same type of Sabbath driven sound in some of their shit like "learn from my mistakes" awesome song. 😊

I love this song. Such chunky low end makes me a happy guy. However I just tried it on 1.25 speed and I love it even more because it starts swinging like crazy. Doom metal swing. It's a weird combo but now that I hear it I want more haha.
