A few years ago when I was in high school a student in one of the classes I was in did something like this. The classroom had computers at everyone’s desk and all of the school computers were running Windows 7 Professional, and he had the CD for Home Premium and he put a clean install on one of those computers and I think he also installed Ubuntu on another computer outside of that classroom somewhere in the school. But even though the teacher knew he did that, as far as I know he never got into any trouble for doing that.
