Hello everyone, this time I will make dorayaki - Japanese pancake dorayaki, this dorayaki is very delicious, soft and easy to make, the ingredients are very simple anyone can make.
Then please enjoy watching.
Ingredients :
2 eggs
40g sugar
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
90g all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
10 ml water
Filling
I'm filling with hazelnuts / you can replace it with red bean paste

It's not Dorayaki without red bean paste. I have never seen Dorayaki in Japan that uses hazel or something. That's like a hamburger without a burger. It should be called something else

Thank you I just Made them They were delicious (I added a little twist with the flavoring but it still came out beautiful) Used flavored water Added pinches of ginger turmeric cumin n cinnamon in some hot water n I always use a tsp of lemon juice to season my eggs But of my goodness it was fluffy even though I used all purpose flour

Well i made this cake this morning. And here is what i experienced as a people who is literally not good in everything 😌 1st of all- if you have only large egg at home, use only 1. Or double the recipe. Or else the cakes will smell like egg even tho u put vanila essence Grease your pan with very little oil even tho it is nonstick. Put only to coat, make sure you dont see the oil on the pan. Use kitchen towel to remove excess Put fire on very very low heat. Put the batter in the pan. Dont wait for many bubbles to come out. Always test with spatula if you can flip it . If yes then flip it immediately. Or else it will burn. The less batter you put on the pan, it will be quicker for the cake to cook so beware of that I always turn off the heat 1st for a few sec then only i put another batter. It comes out better like that. I think it is unnecessary to wait for 10 min. Just cook it straight away. Bcs when the batter rise so much, the color of the cake becomes uneven when u flip it. Or it is just me? Idk 😂 Anyways the recipe is perfect! It will gives out fluffy and delicious cakes. Thank you for sharing!

@@laafg7355 if i'm not mistaken i got 7 pieces of cakes. But it actually depends on the size. If u scoop a lot of the batter then the size is big and u got less cake

I tried it for the first time as 14 year old and it worked magically✨ perfect✨❤. I will surely try it again but with very less chocolate as it was too sweet for me. This recipe was one of the best recipe of it❤️❤️♥️♥️

Nami is simply great as a recipe developer and instructor. I made Basque burnt cheesecake using her recipe and following her method precisely. It turned out very well on my first attempt. The cake was gone in no time, and my friends gave me an excellent review. I plan to make this dorayaki dessert very soon.
