I worked from the age of 14 till 53. I now work from home. I watch a lot of ministry on line because some days I can hardly walk. Pray for this family instead of that sword in your mouth.

Try Fasting and praying!!! I did it for the first time this week and I was amazed at how every time I felt hungry, I would repeat "we live not by bread alone but by the word of God". And the hunger would instantly go away! I was able to have tea in the morning and just water all day long and praying!!! The 2nd day I woke up and felt so energized and ready to do another day! 2 full days of fasting for someone who was also addicted to food... Especially junk food all day long 😭 God bless you on this journey!! You can do all things with Christ who strengthens you!!!!

I have not had a Dorito - because they have sugar and other things - in literally years. I quit eating them before I quit sugar. I quit sugar almost 4 years ago: that I know of, I have not had cane or beet sugar in almost 4 years. You *can* give them up for good. It's not too difficult. Anyone can do it.

If you have to eat a potato chip, Lay's is the best brand because they do not use the cheapest oils on the planet, which are extremely inflammatory (#1: cottonseed oil) and causing a lot of heart attacks from the sheer amount of (free radicals) damage they do in the body. Cottonseed oil is completely toxic to humans, so do not eat it! Read the labels of every pre-made food you purchase to make sure you're not eating any of it. It will send an inflammatory hormone cascade throughout your body, and can cause diabetes all by itself! Diabetes is basically slow metabolic death. We all love snacks, but we have to be careful what we put in our bodies, because neither the food industry nor the government cares! If either one of them did, that stuff (along with High Fructose Corn Syrup and more) wouldn't be in our food right now!! Up until a few years ago, it was only allowed in animal feed...!! If you want to know why you're unhealthy, just take a serious look at everything you're ingesting. Not only that, if you took 4-5,000 IU of vitamin D3 (that's 100-125 mcg- MICROgrams) with your breakfast every morning, your immune system might have a Fighting Chance. We only get 1/10th of the D3 that our grandparents got, and that is NOT enough! And lay off the layers of sunscreen! Not having enough D3 to run your immune system will allow abnormal (cancer) cells to grow, too. Be sensible about sun exposure, and cover yourself up! That's what everybody did before sunscreen existed. Taking higher levels of BUFFERED vitamin C will increase your burn time in the Sun, because it is your internal sunscreen and liver detox vitamin. God really did a great job with making our bodies, but we citizens have done a very POOR job of understanding how they work and learning how to fuel them! And it's just not that hard to do.
