Most of the world doesn’t even know about Muzan or Sukuna and they are raid bosses taking on the main cast but again the normal person isn’t even affected by Sukuna or Muzan. Makima has a lot of influence and control but she didn’t really have the verse in shambles. Don’t know who the top right is. Shigiraki made crime rates all over the planet go through the roof and took out the top two heroes and was just destroying everything while the heroes were scrambling to find him and figure out a way to beat him. Madara was taking on the 5 kage like it was nothing and whole entire armies, and was pretty unstoppable. Eren and Light were explained in the vid.
