I hope these four never stops making music. Their songs are so much fun to listen to, great rock instrumentation, great production, smart lyrics without being overly concerned about being taken too seriously, and Dorothy Martin just kills it. The best voice I've heard in modern music next to Adele and Sia. Rock is not dead, don't let DOROTHY's new album tell you different. Well done, guys. Keep it up. Rap(e) culture focusing on violence, jealousy, criminality, women exploitation, violence (again), hate of the system, jealousy, theft and criminality became the new trend ... Grunge/Alt Rock/Metal had been shadowed for being ''violent'' while in fact, ''rap/hip-hop culture'' is WAYYY more agressive, hateful, misogynistic and violent. And let's not talk about the overall mediocrity of the pop/rap/hip-hop music. May it be about the music, the lyrics or the messages... We still have a LOT of good rock bands nowadays... and even more in the ''metal'' zone. They're just unheard of... alas. You should look at ''Cilver'' and ''The Pretty Reckless''. ;)

We can resolve wars by making the leaders fight their own battles. If they believe in a cause so much, they should gear up and lead the efforts to win the war instead of sitting safely behind some desk thousands of miles from the battle front talking shit while the young adults of each participating nation die in the name of 'freedom' or another false illusion that stirs up patriotism when peddled to the masses.

this is the rock ive been searching for. My first introduction to this band was Missile, but this is my favorite song of theirs. I listen to Kaleo and Dorothy becaude they're the two rock bands that are different yet give you that same immersive feeling. Dorothy is fun and freedom while Kaleo is heartfelt and soulful. I've been saying that for more than a season! I for some reason thought they had already used it in Lucifer but when I checked.. nope. All the songs they use have to refer to hell or the devil. Also, the show and band are both LA-based.
