You can also cut an onion into half (put it on a fork then dip it in some oil) and just scrub it all-over the tava. This will not let the dosa stick. Very effective.

Yesterday it occurred to me to make these same things as you guys made in this video. But it requires two people working together happily to make all of the above - chutney, sambhar, potato bhaji and n number of dosas! So I gave up the thought.
