8 жыл бұрынSan Francisco food vendors selling dosas? Yes. Meet Waheguru Singh of Dosa Brothers, who sells dosa, a popular Indian dish at the corner of Market and Montgomery Street in downtown San Francisco.
I almost stumbled when I spotted his food cart in downtown San Francisco and wondered what took so long for someone to serve dosa from a food cart? There are food trucks to sell naan and chicken tikka masala, but what about that popular South Indian dish made from rice and lentils and served with an array of chutneys and sambar.
Waheguru Singh started his dosa a few months ago, and now has multiple dosa cats around San Francisco.

Its novel and creative... But the dosent look too appetizing and reminded me more of a tortilla style with indian stuffing and bread
