Many years ago there used to be two tolls on I-95, one by the St Johns River by the hospital and one a few more miles north until the local tax authority lifted it (by voters) and added a point to the sales tax.

Under the flag code they can all be the same height. The US flag can be either in front of or all the way to the right. Also on display when you have the US flag the cannon ( the blue field with the stars) is always the flag super right hand corner. @09:12 NATIONAL flags are to be displayed at the same height (none higher or lower than other NATIONAL flags). The idea being that our nation does not think itself "better" than any other Nation (even in it's home Nation). I believe your thinking of the National flags being higher than State flags, this is correct. A Mexican flag should be higher than a Texan flag. In the video you've shown, I'm unaware of what National flag in on the right...but it looks more like a company flag...so that is a big big no no.

The flags are displayed properly. When flags of other nations are displayed all flags are supposed to be at the same height. In this case the American flag are to the flags right which would be the case for the flag of the host nation. If the other flags are state flags and the flag poles are different heights the American flag would be on the highest pole. If all poles are the same height the American flag is displayed on the rightmost pole from the flags perspective.

I didn’t get a good look at the wheels. Dayton wheels are open. I loved the Dayton wheels, because a driver could change them one the road. Aligning them took longer than mounting them. Bud wheels look like modern day Pilot wheels, but they are put on and bolted one at a time. So you could run with just one wheel. And yes, I did. Pilot wheels are what’s run on most modern trucks. One lug nut holds both wheels.

There is actually a protocol for flags….if I recall correctly. If flagpoles(or staffs) are all same height the flag on the left facing the building (standing in entrance looking in) is the flag of the country you are in or representing (consulates,etc)or like you say the center pole will have the dominant flag if center pole is taller then rest…

We are going to be taking the scenic route to Montana cause Nana likes to see the country side and I googled best motels on the way up to Montana.
