I play csgo, and know nothing about dota 2. Could someone explain what makes these great plays? I understand that Alliance came back from navi but why are the other ones best of all time?

Because they position themself very well and adapt to even the most impossible situation in a brief of time and in the middle of chaos. Thats something worth appreciating.
