I feel like this RRP was designed around the modern pro play of Magnus, where he's less of a pure Initiator and often RPs a single enemy core just to lock them down through their BKB or something. But in its current state, it's just not worth losing the ability to win a fight by landing RP on 3+ heroes.

I played so much the RRP now, and most of it I played it like yours, but I feel this facet is more useful when I played it as support, since its like impossible to do basic attack after using RRP, and this spell can save someone from any condition, small example bkb axe call, tresdin's agha, and many other and this spell range is weird, I had stun enemy even when they're right in the middle of lv25 chrono, in the middle of blackhole, and in the middle of arena, from outside, but it was just stun, not forcemoving em they just move little bit. RRP deadly weapon of support, worth as finger of death. little info: bloodstone doesnt expand the RRP range, but does forcemoving further.

It's only really good if you can split up their team. Like they go on one of you team mates and you blink in, send 2 enemies towards your team and the rest are sent backwards. Seems like a super rare scenario. Imho they should have made the facets in the direction of one facet being better for support and the other for carry. Maybe they could have made empower an aura seeing as this is one of the problems with carry Magnus: empower can be dispelled.

The way i see this being useful is in games vs teams with lots of saves, because the right usage separates cores from supports and allows your team to burst the cores.

How To Use NEW SPELL RRP: don't use it

Saberlight was using rrp on the ti open quals with gorgc, might be good content to have a look at it

Also good against heroes who need to position with team like dazz or io and so on u get them out of pos

A bit of idea: instead of rrp I think the facet should be a channeled spell, making something like gale force in direction of magnus for 2-2.5 seconds and stuns enemy in certain radius at the end of the spell for 1-1.5 sec. The vacuum doesn't pierce BKB but the stun should. This way magnus could be played as a support for his ulti I think? Just like Doom pos 4 quite a few time ago.

Honestly the only use I think is to fight vs fv or enig, at least u can now disable them from much further away instead of going too near them when they use chrono or bh

This new ulti i think it only for if you play soft or hard support and only works with specific heroes , like puck, BS and its very bad with enigma or MK.

Im magnus main and I always use it with harpoon and force staff . I wish you could try it aswell.

3.07 if that is normal RP you can kill that razor in just that pudge ulti, cause u will have damage from your skewer to pudge, so normal rp real better, didn't see any situation in this video that RRP better than normal RP

RRP has its cases of use, bu its never going to be as useful overall as regular RP. All they need to do is make it toggleable.

you need to get agh for this rrp perfectly works. with rp you only need dager, but this rrp you need dager & agh

I have tried it with puck and its good man very good otherwise it's totally useless, I think who ever thought of it from the devoloper he was drunk that time 😅

tbh if they didnt nerf skewer to the ground and gave him a normal innate instead of this bullshit this rrp 'd find a place, u just cant go offlane with this mag, u cant go pos4, he just feels terrible overall on any role. i loved they way you and wisper played this hero before, but how u just cant play magic build cuz skewer deals no damage no matter which facet u pick
