I think that Venge just used the new Dota labs feature where you can choose to target only allies, heroes or enemies, etc. with holding down specific buttons, she might have spammed it.

If you have vision , you can use items , skills on enemies from far away , no need to spam click .Then they blink in , it's cast ; that is worth of Wave of terror , wards
