I don't like this change on techi. "The furthest attack range" should be the characteristic of the sniper, but this change deprived him of his original status in Dota 2.

Techies always had impressive range, Its just an opportunity to give some bonus stats to the archaic 'right click carry' of yesteryear. when he scales on INT and has the worst stat growth around. Basically its a gimmick build and costs a fortune and carries less hard than his 9 slot build. But it does mean that lightning's are fun.
